Welcome to the Lincolnville Historical Society! The historical society has been a catalyst for the community to explore our town’s rich history, much of it still to be found in the rock walls, cellar holes, and abandoned roads that are scattered throughout Lincolnville. Information on families, photos of long-gone stores and houses, maps, diaries, and letters are all available, much of it online, at https://lincolnvillehistory.square.site/

The Schoolhouse Museum opens each summer late June and will be closed just before Columbus Day weekend. Come for a visit and we may be able to trace the history of your house or property. They also display many pictures and exhibits.
